Jai Khanna

Is a visionary artist whose work is deeply rooted in the spiritual dialogue between humanity and divinity. Drawing inspiration from ancient literature, mythology, and ritualistic practices, his art serves as a translation of prayers—imbued with chant-like rhythms and symbolic elements.

Through intricate patterns, unique settings, and a bold use of color, he seeks to establish a personal language within traditional art forms. His solo exhibitions, including Shrinath Ji Swaroopam (2019) and Dreams of My Divine (2021), explored themes of devotion and transcendence, with each piece reflecting varied moods and festivals in distinctive compositions.

Jai’s artistic journey has been marked by extensive research and exploration of spiritual iconography. His 2023 solo exhibitions, The Inward Trail at Bikaner House and Sacred Forms at Sangeet Shyamala, examined Jain iconography and Krishna’s multifaceted persona, respectively. In 2024, his work was showcased in the prestigious Bhakti: The Art of Krishna at NMACC, alongside masters like Raja Ravi Varma and Manjit Bawa. His continued participation in significant group shows across Hyderabad and Bangalore reflects his commitment to evolving the visual language of spirituality in contemporary art.
