Her journey began with the traditional quilling technique, which evolved into a meditative and intricate sculptural practice. Using paper as her primary medium, she creates three-dimensional works that reflect her personal and spiritual growth. Her sculptures incorporate elements from Indian iconography, mythology, and temple art, with a bold use of vibrant colors, especially luminous gold, symbolizing purity and divine energy.

Sahni’s artistic practice merges technique with cultural symbolism, crafting rhythmic forms and textures inspired by India’s rich artistic traditions. Her works feature motifs such as the Yali, Devi Yantra, scrolls, horns, and ornamental patterns reminiscent of ancient temple architecture. Through pieces like Embracing the Light and Inner Alchemy (2023), she invites viewers on a reflective and spiritual artistic journey. By blending heritage with contemporary expression, she transforms paper into a vessel for mindfulness and higher consciousness, creating a shared experience between artist and beholder.
